Dr Buckland’s aim is always to provide the safest possible treatment and highest level of patient care. Safety during this unprecedented time is paramount, and we have taken all the necessary precautions in order to protect all patients and staff from COVID-19 in the practice.
Changes have been made to our daily scheduling so that we may keep the waiting room to one patient at a time. With this in mind, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment & please let us know if you are running late-we may need to change your appointment in order to keep within the social distancing guidelines inside the practice. As per the most recent advice from NSW Health, we must enforce that all people entering the practice wear a face mask. If you do not have one, we can provide you with a mask.
Where possible, please present to your appointment alone and without your children. This is so we may keep the amount of people to a minimum within our small practice. The procedure room is to be entered by the patient only as it is a sterile area. If you are unsure or have any queries regarding this, please call the rooms 02 8969 2400.
You can be confident when entering the practice that we have taken the time in between each patient to thoroughly clean and sanitise all surfaces. There are also sanitising stations placed throughout the practice & we ask that anyone who enters or exits the practice uses them.
