A commitment to patient comfort and care
As a specialist plastic and reconstructive surgeon, surgical excellence, judgement and the utmost honesty and integrity are the qualities patients can anticipate from coming under Dr Buckland’s care.
Our patients appreciate his warm, calm and empathetic nature. Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of his practice. This in combination with his high level of surgical training, ensures that every procedure he performs is well considered. If he doesn’t think the desired result is attainable, then he won’t recommend or perform the procedure.
Dr Buckland has a special interest in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the breast, having performed over 100 re-constructive breast operations (after breast cancer) per year. He believes that determining the optimum approach for any procedure is only possible during a one-on-one consultation. So on this website, you won’t find galleries of what has been achieved for other patients. Instead, Dr Buckland prefers to reveal examples of previous procedures to you, only after fully understanding your specific needs. We are also mindful of respecting every individual’s privacy and do our utmost to safeguard the personal integrity of our patients.
